Biographie
Une actrice anglaise. En 2003, elle a remporté le prix Ian Charleson pour sa première prestation sur scène dans une production de Mrs. Warren's Profession. Elle est apparue dans trois films très médiatisés : Le Prestige, Vicky Cristina Barcelona (pour lequel elle a été nommée pour un Golden Globe dans la catégorie meilleure actrice dans un film - musical ou comique), et The Town. Le 6 juin 2010, elle a remporté le BAFTA de l'actrice dans un second rôle pour son interprétation de Paula Garland dans la production 2009 de Channel 4, Red Riding : In the Year of Our Lord 1974.
