Matthew Modine, né le 22 mars 1959 à Loma Linda (Californie), est un acteur, réalisateur et scénariste américain.
Il est notamment connu pour ses rôles dans le film Birdy d'Alan Parker (1984) puis dans Full Metal Jacket de Stanley Kubrick (1987).
