Synopsis
La superstar de Bollywood, Vijay Kumar, doit obtenir un nouveau permis de conduire, et l'agent du Bureau des Permis, Om Prakash Agarwal, est un fan inconditionnel de Vijay. Un malentendu entre Vijay et Om Prakash les conduira à une guerre qui se tiendra devant les les médias, et tout le pays.
