Synopsis
La veille du jour de l'An, dans la ville de Baltimore, une agente de police au passé trouble est recrutée par l'enquêteur en chef du FBI pour tenter de dresser le profil psychologique du tueur en série qui terrorise la ville. Le duo veut mettre la main au collet du dangereux psychopathe avant qu'il ne fasse d'autres victimes.
