Synopsis
Ratko Volvic, le fils d'un riche dictateur d'Europe de l'Est, s'inscrit dans une université américaine pour y passer un semestre. Son accent exotique et son sens de la fête en font bientôt la coqueluche du campus. Lorsqu'il tombe amoureux de la belle Holly, Ratko commence à s'interroger sur la véritable nature de son père…
