Synopsis
Dans un monde où une épidémie animale a provoqué une terrible famine et une guerre civile sanglante, Hailey Freeman, fermière rompue aux méthodes militaires, protège sa famille recomposée et sa propriété des assauts de hordes de cannibales armés. La sécurité du clan est toutefois compromise quand le fils de Hailey recueille une jeune femme blessée, qui rôdait en bordure de la ferme.
