Synopsis

L'histoire vraie du général Billy Mitchell envoyé à la court-martiale par ses supérieurs pour avoir remis en cause leurs agissements pendant la première guerre mondiale. Ils auraient laissé le matériel aérien se déteriorer, causant la mort de nombreux hommes.
