La Ballade de Narayama

Synopsis

Comme le veut une ancienne tradition, la vieille Orin ayant atteint un grand âge, part en haut de la montagne pour s'y laisser mourir. C'est son propre fils qui doit l'accompagner pour cet ultime voyage. Avant son départ, Orin prend ses dernières dispositions au village.
