
Jacob Yoffee
Biography
Currently the Resident Composer for the American Studio Orchestra, Jacob Yoffee is a concert & film composer based in Los Angeles. His father is a US Marine and his mother is a school teacher and he grew up on Military bases across the country, moving every two years. Always interested in film music he went to the Peabody Conservatory to study orchestration where he was introduced to Modern Jazz. After working as a performer for several years he fell back into film music and entered the New York University film scoring program, moving to LA immediately after graduation.
