Biography
Stéphan Roelants (born December 1965 in Mons, Belgium) is a film and television producer. In 1996, he founded Studio 352, an animation studio based in Luxembourg. Two years later, in 1998, he opened a production company, Melusine Productions. In the early 2000s, he founded the Paris-based studio Seahorse Prod., and set up a Los Angeles-based development and production company, Neptoon Productions.
