Jurassic Park
Born in 1993 with Steven Spielberg’s Jurassic Park, adapted from Michael Crichton’s novel, the Jurassic Park / Jurassic World saga revolutionized cinema with groundbreaking special effects and its unique blend of science fiction, adventure, and thrills. The first film, a milestone of modern blockbusters, told the story of resurrecting dinosaurs through cloning and the disastrous consequences of such scientific ambition.
The success led to a trilogy (The Lost World: Jurassic Park, Jurassic Park III) before a new era began in 2015 with Jurassic World. This second trilogy modernized the universe by exploring a fully operational park, the commercial exploitation of genetics, and the concept of humans and dinosaurs coexisting (Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Jurassic World: Dominion).
Combining prehistoric wonder, spectacular action, and reflections on science and its dangers, the franchise remains a cornerstone of adventure cinema and a modern myth that continues to captivate audiences across generations.
